Hyper Docs- Health Grade 9

     From looking at the examples and videos on Hyper docs I was able to find an alternative way in creating a format or lesson for the classroom. I learned that with HyperDocs they can be a new way for students to be introduced to a new topic and that there is so many different ways to use them in instruction in the classroom. With this I mean that they can used with podcasts, playlists and videos, etc. For teachers, HyperDocs are beneficial to a students understanding and needs. they are fit for each individual student and can be easily rearranged to fit their learning,. HyperDocs help expand a students learning by providing sources to all kinds of information on a particular topic that help relate information. It helps with students to work independently but in a way to allow them to make thi5r own understanding on a topic to learn. This tool allows students to not only manage their assignments and work but allows them to use resources for those assignments such as channels that contain informational videos. As for teachers this tool is very helpful and organized with providing lectures. For my assignment, with using this tool with an group assignment for 8th Grade History based off of the 1920's and 30's in the united States. I customized a video from YouTube and was able to apply questions to the video to have the students complete with choosing one of the topics described in the video as well as from other sources. Mind Mapping

https://www.mindmeister.com/1217603811#    The website I chose to create my mind map was called Mind Meister and in the process of creating my mind map I was able to discovers so many little details in creating my mind map. I really enjoyed the site because it was easy and gave instructions for how to use its tools. It was very easily laid out. I was able to create my mind map the way I wanted, customized in my own way and I really liked that I could use little emoji pictures like the ones we use on our phones to place with our mind map. It was fun to be able to use the little emojis! I formatted mine with questions that I had to help me remember what the purpose is or on the subject to fully understand it. I also was able to split up information into sections that would all tie into together. Who Owns the Learning

 A student named Gary changed the input and outlook of a ethical dilemma that seemed bad but made a difference. He was caught sneaking into the computer lab without permission, he was never interested in technology or had taken any of classes. Gary was making computer programming all on his own without instruction and enjoyed it a lot. Although he was breaking into the computer lab, he was put in a class and was highly confident with his work. The teacher seen this as an opportunity to provide programming for herself and for her students. She created a way for problem solving in technology for students to develop technical skills. Especially with Apple laptops, students were able to not have to program but be able to use the new type of technology in classroom. The students and teachers solved community problems using technology by developing student interview with members from the community to help students understand the Apple software. Hi you guys! My name is Asucena Trujillo but I go by "Asu"! Here are just a few things you should know about me. I am from Oregon! I am mixed between Native American, Iberian( Italian, Greek, Portuguese, Spaniard) and Hispanic! I am a Junior and I play Softball here at Stws! I am a Physical ED major with a minor in Science. I enjoy the warm weather the south brings and the food! I love nature, like hiking or being outside (when its nice :) especially at the beach ). In my family I have no brothers but 4 sisters including my little Niece Jesi my mom took guardianship of a few years ago! I love spending time with kids and work a full time job during summer as an Instructional Assistant for Elementary students. I'm someone who likes to be active and eat healthy!
